About Jason Maierhofer

Jason Maierhofer, co-founder of The Maierhofer Group, brings nearly two decades of experience as a real estate investor and landlord to his role as a real estate agent. His deep-seated expertise in property management and construction is complemented by his extensive background in investing in both commercial and residential real estate, including multifamily properties.

 

Jason’s journey began with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/management from DePaul University. He then spent years as a general contractor and project manager, successfully leading over 100 projects, including transforming commercial spaces like kitchens and revitalizing residential rental units. This diverse background has honed his skills in assessing property potential, evaluating resale values, and addressing complex issues efficiently.

 

As a real estate investor and landlord, Jason has expertly navigated the complexities of managing and optimizing rental properties. His meticulous approach and commitment to excellence are pivotal, and he leverages his investment insights and property management skills to guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

 

Jason’s dual expertise in construction and property management, coupled with his deep investment experience, allows him to offer valuable perspectives and strategic advice. Jason’s move from Chicago to South Florida has further enhanced his ability to serve clients looking to relocate to or invest in the region. Now a Boca Raton resident, Jason maintains a robust network in both South Florida and Chicago, enhancing his ability to serve clients across these markets. Outside of work, Jason enjoys his time spending time with his family and friends, eating at new restaurants and enjoying all of South Florida’s experiences.
